1 / General:

All the prices are displayed in Duty Free and in TTC, the invoicing will be carried out with the VAT for France and the countries of the EEC and in HT for all the other countries.

11 / Price: Some models can be displayed with a price of 0.01 Euros but the models with this price are not sold for this amount. The models mentioned above do not have their final prices because they are in progress and the price cannot be defined before the complete completion of the model. All orders / reservations made with a model containing this price can be canceled without commitment on your part or ours. KMT reserves the right to change prices at any time without obligation on our part.

2 / Rules:

21 / By credit card: follow the procedure on the site. Payment via our secure SSL payment method.

22 / By check or money order for residents in France: place your order on the site then print the order voucher. We reserve the available products. In the event that a product is out of stock or sold out, we will inform you by email (only) as soon as possible. It is also preferable to wait 48 hours before sending us your mail to give us time to notify you if a problem occurs. The check or money order must be made out in Euros and come from a French bank. The products are reserved for a period of 7 days. Beyond this period, the order is canceled.

23 / By postal order for residents of the EEC: place your order on the site then print the order form. All you have to do is send us the order form accompanied by your payment. On receipt of your order from our server, we reserve the available products. In the event that a product is out of stock or out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. It is better to wait 48 hours before sending us your mail to give us time to notify you if a problem occurs. The mandate must be expressed in Euros. (2) The products are reserved for a period of 10 days for payments by money order. Beyond this period, the order is canceled.

31 / Metropolitan France:

- 9 Euros for orders under 130 Euros

- Free postage over 130 Euros

Orders for France are shipped by Colissimo 48 Hour Tracking. The goods travel at the recipient's own risk and the responsibility of KITS MAQUETTES TANK is limited to the guarantee covered by the Post (15 Euros corresponding to the level of recommendation R1).

32 / EU:

- 13 Euros for Germany, Andorra, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg and Monaco

- 18 Euros for the rest of the EU.

Orders for the EU are sent by Colissimo Suivi Europe or FEDEX. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient and the responsibility of KITS MAQUETTES TANK is limited to the guarantee covered by the Post (15 Euros corresponding to the level of recommendation R1).

33 / Europe outside the EU and the rest of the world:

Packages are generally sent by priority post (airmail) with recommendation. When the price of the port by Airmail is more than 15% of the amount of the order, we will contact you by email to offer you several options of port (surface and airmail). The goods travel at the recipient's own risk and the responsibility of KITS MAQUETTES TANK is limited to the guarantee covered by the Post.

4 / Return of goods:

The products can be returned (defective product, delivery error, withdrawal ...) within seven (7) days after receipt of the order in accordance with the following conditions:

- return of the product in its original packaging, complete and without traces of use.

- the return must first be reported and accepted by the company KITS MAQUETTES TANK by email, post, fax or telephone.

The reimbursement or exchange of products will be made as soon as possible upon receipt of the return of goods.

5 / Deadlines:

Delivery times are subject to the stock available when your order is sent. Orders will only be shipped once complete. If you want a partial delivery, it is imperative to let us know when placing your order. In this case the transport costs are invoiced as many times as there are shipments. In order to optimize delivery times, we advise you to inquire by email at info@1-35models.com of the availability of your entire order. Your reservation will be confirmed by return email as soon as possible.

6 / Payment:

Your credit card or check will only be debited on the day the order is shipped.

7 / Cancellation:

An order can be canceled by email / fax / mail within a maximum of three days.
